Lowe Construction was created by directer Paul Lowe. Paul did his building apprenticeship in Matamata and subsequently travelled to the UK and Australia furthering his craftmanship. After building houses again on his return he specialised in dairy construction. He has since built in excess of 20 Rotary and Herringbone cowsheds throughout the Waikato.

One of the few distributers of Permastore Tanks and Silos in New Zealand he has also built in excess of 30 Permastore Tanks throughout the North Island in the last 5 years.
